PEANUTBUTTER CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PUDDING | recipe

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 ripe avocado

2 tbs raw cacao powder

2 tbs peanut butter powder

2 tbs maple syrup

3 medjool dates, pits removed

sea salt to garnish (optional)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor. Blend on low at first and then turn up the speed as the ingredients come together. You may need to force some of the ingredients down with a plunger or spatula. If using a food processor you will need to scrape the sides regularly. If using a regular blender, or if you are having trouble with blending, add a few tablespoons of non-dairy milk to help everything along.

  • melted dark chocolate
  • coconut fat
  • cinnamon
  • cardamom 
  • rose water
  • full fat peanut butter
